For the last two and a half years, I've been walking the dogs at Spanish Landing Park, near Lindbergh Field. I've met a number of the other regulars, including Frank Morris, who is a member of the North Island Naval Air Station Flying Club (which I can actually see from my house). He invited me along on a flight in the plane pictured above. |

In addition to T-34's, the flying club has Cessna 172's, including this retread from an Air Force flying club, and another from the Andrews AFB Aero Club (tail pictured below). |
